More work on the website

I've done more work on the website. Now you can comment images in the public gallery with your user and rate pictures, which will only work one time now, which means I don't need to collect your IP adresses to allow you to only rate pictures one time...

New login feature

I've done a new login feature because .htaccess just blocked users when they wrote wrong code one to many times. The user is permabanned from the whole site then... So if you can't access the site message me your IPV4   and I'll have to ask...
