Your analysis of enjoyability in Gravity Falls Season 1 and 2 is pretty much the same for The Owl House. Season 1 is great as you have already experienced and enjoyed and Season 2 answers the Question "How much better do we wanna make this second season?" with a "YES!"

I don't want to say what it is just yet (i'll mention it as we get closer to the relevent episode). Or you can decrypt it yourself. ;) Code this episode though translate as follow.
