No you are correct. Ehre is not the childhood friend. Wirbel is in his mid 30s and Ehre is 18 or so according to the manga, he saved her from demons when she was a child and he was already an adult. But its easy to miss.

2024-05-08 19:41:58 +0000 UTCI'm actually not sure if Ehre is the childhood friend. My own opinion is she's not, because in her flashback she looked like a child when saved by an adult Wirbel, so that wouldn't line up. But I could be wrong.
