2024-08-06 14:36:01 +0000 UTCIt's no problem but you missed the part where Kinekuni explained that ten days passed since the last episode and they moved into a new place because Maroko said she wanted to live without strangers around. The show is almost constant talking so some lines just fall through the cracks. You could argue that both guys are trying to use the situation in a selfish way. But while the dad clearly has no qualms believing everything, there's no indication that Inumaru cares at all. He's only thinking about his romantic adventure story.
