Notes: * Technically, you're right that anyone can be part of the dollars, but you specifically have to be sent a link with the password to enter the dollars site. So it's not like any rando who finds the website can sign up and become a member * Izaya doesn't work for Namie, nor does Namie work for Izaya. It's implied they're aware of each other but had never met until this episode. So she hires him to find Seji in this episode * Note that the reason Celty was at the park with Shizuo in this episode was because Izaya told her to be there for a job * It is interesting to observe after which events Izaya moves the pieces on the board * Note that Celty (the one who's with Mikado in his room), is texting an email address named "Nakura," and then the scene cuts to Izaya texting someone Separately from this episode, but I forgot if I mentioned before that all the chat room members are real characters in the show. I guess you'll figure out with time who's who, but I think it's another mystery to keep track of & perhaps keep track of on the board.
