For the voice thing, it's just that Rau Le Creuset has the same voice actor as Flay's dad, that's literally it, that's all there it is to it, they're just referencing that (or arranged for it on purpose for this plot point I guess)

2025-03-06 10:46:24 +0000 UTCCagali is not a Coordinator, the SEED Factor is not adequately explained ever, but it is not exclusive to Coordinators I also thought that she was supposed to be a Coordinator as well, but apparently not. With regards to the added scenes, the HD Remaster includes every single thing that was added to the Special Edition, with the exception of Dearka killing one of the 3 Dominion Gundam Pilots. Mu is not a Coordinator he but I think he’s supposed to be a Newtype, which would make him the only one in SEED. Flay’s spirit showing up in the end after she dies is a very common occurrence in the Gundam Series, mostly the modern ones. That kind of thing happens in pretty much every single Gundam series released after the 2000s with one or 2 rare exceptions, but it does have it’s roots based in something that happens in one of the earlier Universal Century shows. Also since you asked I think you should do a character ranking before Destiny, but I can’t really explain why because of spoilers.
