regarding the cloaking system, Blitz is made by Orb, but the actual tech is from Earth Alliance, so the mirage colloid system IS an Earth faction system

The M1 Astray is Orb's mass produced suit and Orb managed to get them built from recovered data from a scavenger who went to heliopolis when it got destroyed, which astray would cover. He was the Red segment in astray. The alliance suits which include the 3 gundams and things like the Blitz tech were gotten from the archangel when it reached Alaska. They already had some info before since the mass production types were made from Strike and Duel data received during production. Which Astray also shows with some custom one off suits.
