With respect to my previous comment you responded to, you are correct that the show never explicitly says that Rau is a Natural, but he is a clone of a Mu's father who was a Natural and there was no mention of giving him coordinator upgrades, so it was implied in the show that he was a Natural especially with his quote that Al da Flaga was attempting to "cheat death itself" by creating Rau. Unfortunately the official confirmation of Rau's status as a Natural was only explicitly confirmed in the Gundam Seed novels and the Master Grade Gunpla Kit for the Providence. With respect to the reentry issue Theta keeps bringing up, Kira mentions that the Gundams were designed to be able to perform reentry on their own when he asks Ramius for permission to fight the Le Cresuet team during the 8th Fleet battle but Badgiruel mentions that the system has never been tested. Also, we don't know if Dearka or Yzak did not suffer any bad side effects like Kira, but it is likely they did off screen since we do not see them again until several weeks have already passed and it's probably fair to assume that they did not report in earlier because of their physical condition. Finally, Ramius was not a highly ranked mechanic when at Heliopolis, but was the Archangel's Executive Officer (remember that when Badgiruel officially became XO that she was promoted to Lieutenant) and that the reason for her orange uniform was likely to hide the fact that she was an Earth Forces officer and instead blend in as a Morgenrote worker.

I'd prefer the idea that it was due to Elle's death... but knowing the show as we do, if that had been the case I think we would have gotten more zoom in's of Kira's face and flashbacks of her death in that moment... rather than how we did later when he is clearly shown to be remembering her during Flay's manipulations.
