My comments for this episode: -I find it hilarious I'm typing this comment after just watching on youtube Theta and Justin's reaction to Gundam Seed Episode 35 where this exact point was addressed by Kisaka. Zaft still lost around 80% of its total fighting strength at Alaska even though Kira tried to warn as many people as possible about the Cyclops system, so his warning did not actually have much effect. -I agree with Theta's point about Uzumi's sacrifice/suicide in Season 1 has been retroactively made very stupid given the consequences it has had for Orb and it is one of my main issues with Destiny as they have effectively character assassinated him and made what was supposed to have been a meaningful sacrifice in defense of beliefs and principles very stupid since it left Cagalli and the Orb government vulnerable to what the Seirans are doing. -I had forgotten that this episode existed since it's been so long since I've seen Destiny, but I think this episode was really effective at showing the issues Shinn is going through and his current frame of mind and I think it supports most of my analysis of his character from one of my prior comments in the last two episodes. -Fun fact the voice actor for the orange haired character we saw in Episode 19 has the same voice actor as Miguel Aiman from Gundam Seed Season 1.
