For context: This anime is an adaptation of a '97 one-shot manga, which was one of the earliest works by Ken Akamatsu, the Love Hina and Negima guy. The manga was published on Dec 24th, yet the anime came out Dec 7th. What a blunder!

While it's not explicitly about christmas, it's set in winter, fits the season very well and is just generally very enjoyable. Being only 30 minutes, it's a breeze to get through as well.
