Remember, the movie was a stand alone thing and not part of the gaiden's story structure(hence why the Gaiden had animated parts of the movie plotline, which was adapted from a side story, in its own style rather than using scenes from the movie). While he was named Lohengramm at the end of the movie, this has yet to actually happen in the Gaiden/main timeline "chronologically". Basically, the Movie was just spoiling that his name would be von Lohengramm in the future.
