The rule on spoilers here is a bit odd, since we keep showing that we know this show so well... but preferably, we'll forget something at some point, so just avoid reminding us of things that we haven't already mentioned knowing I guess, lol.

2025-05-12 15:38:04 +0000 UTCThe way I remembered Gundam Wing's Opening theme's first two lines: "Gun Dam Wing. Ni hao, wi ya" 24 years ago, we didn't have anything telling us what the lyrics meant or even were. It took me too long to realise who Theta was drawn as. I had him pegged as "Red Treize". Heavyarms is best gundam for two reasons. 1) loads of guns. 2) It and Vayeight were the only two mobile suits in Gundam Wing Endless Duel to be able shoot their guns without some sort of Street-Fighter esque combo. (That SNES game was my introduction to Gundam... and Wing) It's ironic that the music that plays when Deathscythe first shows up is Wu Fei's theme (I had a lot of trouble looking up what the music was called), and it is doublely ironic that the music stops playing when Wu Fei shows up. It is odd seeing Trowa call himself "Battle 001". I am so used to the OZ numbering system where he is... ... wait, am I allowed to refer to him by his OZ numbering?

JPN with ENG subs. not the first I've finished - that was Seed (without Destiny), from local library, org JPN dub, with my lg subtitles (Polish) and with ENG subs too on same dvds, so I watched them, too, they were a bit less mangled,, but the first that I had begun. Unlike many fans, I've loved Relena and I still do. Possibly because I never watched Wing as a teen. And yeah, I'm srs about that. As a teen, for example, I HATED Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII - and then years later she's my fav. And then I've discovered, after tiny soul searching, that in hating Rinoa in the year 1999/2000/2001 (not sure exactly), I was hating adoloscence, so clearly shown in her. To quote "Arcane", idk if you ever watched XD, hating her, I hated myself. XD I thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiink this might be some of the fans (female ones like me? XD ) relationship to Relena? idk. what do you think? would you hate Relena? Or Heero? XD (many teen boys online I've seen either hating Heero or loving him more than I can get. Maybe that, too , is just their adoloscent projection? Or maybe I'm wrong. :D i can accept that. XD ) (also, cuz Wing was my first Gundam, and Seed second, I've called you know whom in SEED a Zechs-copy instead of calling him a Char-clone, pffftt. And then when beginning to watch org Gundam movies from local library, I've also called Char a Zechscopy. Sorry not sorry, Char XD pfftt )
