NPC: Clupea the Red, Distraction for Hire
Added 2022-01-14 18:32:05 +0000 UTCI got the idea for this NPC and her name a while ago, and then as I was building the character today I used a little further inspiration from Peggy Carter (Agent Carter), Carmen Sandiego, and "The Woman in the Red Dress" (The Matrix).
