I think when I was talking the original 151 it was more due to the pixilated nature of it and if it was a newer one, I would have expected a clearer image π€£ but talking of 151 clearly shows my age

But from research, the PokΓ©mon you seem to be looking at is a Fan Made PokΓ©mon. There is no official PokΓ©mon called Migraine or Growlin. There is a move called Growl and the only official PokΓ©mon to have Growl in there name is Growlithe. But there is a official PokΓ©mon that is associated with migraines, that being one called Psyduck. Which as a move called Migraine and constantly suffers a migraine due to being a Psychic type.
