Physique update
Added 2023-10-18 01:41:44 +0000 UTCQuick little look. Finally back in the gym consistently and gaining back my strength and size. Had vertigo for a few months (I still get it off and on) so it really through me off. But this is where Iโm at currently and feeling excited to keep lifting, take it easy, make healthy progress and see where my body goes. Iโll bring you all along as we go.
