First, regarding Luna's IRL events. It might be quite annoying to constantly check the kitchen for random events but I want visits to happen randomly. What do I do!?
One solution is to let the player know in-game by Luna being blatantly AFK in the middle of gaming.
I am not really happy with this because it will clog up the town events but Luna getting an IRL visit while Anon is busy inside the game is also very exciting!
I need to think about this some more. I want randomly occuring IRL events that don't make the door spam any worse. If you have any ideas let me know!
Second, let's talk about the main problem with door spamming because people keep bringing it up!
I was going to introduce something like a "scene picker" once the towns get crowded with too many events. It comes with a gold fee and will send Luna directly to a certain part of town. The main purpose is to help unlock new events because for everything else there is the gallery already.
For example, let's say you want to unlock something regarding Raze but the door spamming is too annoying because there are so many other things already.
Go to the LFG board, join the group, pay a bit of gold and Luna will be there right away.

2025-02-18 01:34:43 +0000 UTCI fear a friend list system would add a lot of menu navigation to the door spam. I'd prefer to rely on just Luna's side image to keep the player informed, it keeps time and clicks to a minimum! For location info, that's what I was also going for with the LFG board. Can't find where a scene is? Pay gold and get a hint! In Sana's game I had the gallery give location hints for scenes but the implementation wasn't all that useful, I think. Right now I like the LFG board better!

2025-02-17 12:58:15 +0000 UTCYou could add a "Friend List", it's an "MMO" so you could open it to see who's Online, who's AFK, have different event based on if she's AFK for a "quick" event, or Offline for a "long" event, on top of it you could see who she's having the event with based on other characters being AFK or Offline. That way you'll have only one "AFK" event in town, but multiple IRL event. Also on the friend list you could add "Current Location" to know roughly where to look for an event(for in game events) Maybe even use it to "PM(Private Message)" her to go somewhere to trigger specific events
