Patreon access to content , issues?

We have been informed that some of you guys have not been able to access the content we have been providing , or receiving the notifications , we have noticed since the engagement has dropped that it may be a significant amount of you.
Therefore if you can see the content please let us know under this post.
For those of you who can't , we have notified Patreon about this issue and will hope to have it resolved in a timely manner.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
UPDATE:
Patreon has gotten back to us and notified us that 5 persons aren't able to see the 5tier content, for this reason. < You are paying 5$ for the 1$ Tier , that is not the correct wy to update the Tier the want>
Do not pay 5$ for the 1$ Tier, you will not see the content for the 5$ Tier if you do so. You need to directly click on the 5$ Tier to see the content for that tier. That is not the correct way to update your tiers. If you pay 5$ for the 1$ Tier you will only be receiving content from that tier only.
Please keep this in mind going forward.

I have the uncensored tier and had to "pay" to "update it" to have access to a censored version of a art I already had access uncensored (fortunately until now the money was not discounted)
