The gargantuan performance update is done!

Happy new year! EliteMobs is starting this one off with a bang.
As you might be aware, I've spent about 10 hours a day every day since the release of the previous public build working on something really rather large, and today I finally released the first dev build of it on Discord.
Performance, scalability and bugfix updates aren't very glamorous, but they are extremely important not just for their own sake, but also to develop further features.
7.1.17 is, by far, the most ambitious rewrite I've done, even more ambitious than the original 7.0 update (though that one was nothing to scoff at either).
It's hard to talk specific numbers, as performance will wildly vary between setups and within different time frames, but I am seeing EliteMobs using only 1.71% of the resources it was before - or in other words, using 98.29% less resources.
Just as importantly, this update addresses one of the key issues with EliteMobs - reliability. Issues of regional bosses and NPCs duplicating and / or disappearing are now hopefully a thing of the past, or will be over the coming days. Mounts and phase bosses will also be overhauled to make them far more reliable, though this will only take a minimal amount of work thanks to the new code structure.
This kind of reliability is key for developing further, more complex features, and doing so without wasting any time having to deal with things going wildly wrong.
Now that we are done with these massive upgrades, I can start working on the 7.3 update in earnest, and get to the part that people really enjoy - adding cool features.
