I am Super excited to share the final design. I did minor changes to the design so Please get the latest Files.
Downscaled the Ball joint length a bit, Flattened the head bottom area a bit.
Keep in mind the below settings before slicing.
1. Use good adhesion with bed ( I lost around 2 prints Bcz of poor Bed adhesion of my printer)
2. Downscaling is not recommended However 20% Should be Fine (100>80)
3. Infiless is not necessary on the body but keep at least 3 wall count. 4 Bottom Layers 8 top layers.
4. Head requires infiles 8-10%, 3 wall count.
5. Speed as per your requirement and your printer.
6. PLA works well
By the way, I am out of filament now and planning to post this on Cults3D next week.
