Write checks, people 😂

Good morning!

Yesterday I wrote about how God is like the bank and He gives us the checkbook. He wants us to use the checks! I think a lot of times we don’t feel “worthy” to write the check. I don’t know how it works in your household, but in mine my husband and my names are on the checks. He works and earns the majority of our income but guess what, I get to write checks using that money anyway! :) AND, he is glad that I do (because he doesn’t have to handle the bills or the budget :) But the point is, God made us to have this joint account with us. He CHOSE to use frail, imperfect humans to write His checks!

We have to get over ourselves. I think it’s a pride issue. We look at ourselves so much and how much we feel like we should be earning and forget to focus on Him who already earned all we need!

So, let us each think about how we can start acting like we have a Father who wants us to use all He has given us…for His kingdom and His glory!
