Weekly Update #68

I started writing early last week since I wanted to finish early. Instead, I somehow managed to get finish later than usual. Lesson learned: don't try to do things ahead of time.

I can't believe I forgot that after procrastinating through five years of college. Silly me.

About the same as per usual lately in terms of total hours/words. Nothin' special.

The True Endgame

Ah, there isn't really much that I can talk about that wouldn't be a spoiler to anybody not on the $10 tier. However, I'm very happy with the last couple of chapters, and I'm glad to see that people have also liked the recent developments! Gotta make sure that all of the waifus earn best girl points.

Ero Dungeon Online

Only a couple more chapters before the $5 and $1 tier can start unlocking chapters again. I'll probably start posting to Scribble Hub after there's an additional 5 chapters or so. That way, they'll get a short burst of chapters at the beginning before only getting one a week. Almost definitely not going on RR.

The Queen's Hound

I swear that this second volume is going to end soon™ . I really don't see it lasting more than 2-3 more weeks at the absolute most, and then we can get onto the third volume which I'm excited for. I can't really say why because of spoilers, but I have high hopes that the third volume will be the best one yet. It usually takes me a couple of volumes before I really hit my stride with a series: see TTE. I don't know why but the second volumes always feel like the roughest to me.

Lazy Dragon Queen

Despite LDQ being my most random and nonsensical story, it's also probably the one with the most foreshadowing and hints/teasers being dropped every other chapter. I kind of like that. The nonsensical nature of the story gets people to lower their guards and maybe turn their brains off a bit, but those who pay close attention get plenty to theorize about. At least, I think they get that much. I'll just have to wait until posting to RR/SH to see if people actually theorize about it and discuss things.

CORE

Similar to what I mentioned with TQH, second volumes are hard on me. I'm not the happiest with the front half of the second volume so far, but the last couple of chapters have been far better and I have a good idea of how to proceed from here to get the quality back up. The second half of this volume should be much better than the first half.

In Closing

I'm very tired so I'm going to nap for a few hours since I haven't gotten proper sleep in a few days now. Hopefully, that changes tonight.
