This movie was so good. The entire premise was insane. A movie you guys should watch is Elemental from Pixar. It’s a really good love story film and a little bit of culture.

It is SO intense, emotional, and stays with you for so long which I found honestly comforting in some weird way? If you haven't seen already, Stephen King wrote the story as an allegory for the Vietnam war and the draft. When you watch it knowing that you see SO many gut punches that really put a mirror to how callously we treat soldiers in war. Also, the ending is meant to be ambiguous! The novel ended differently but it was also done to be up for interpretation. The movie ending reflects the dueling perspectives of the whole movie, hopeful (Pete not dying, but losing himself to the walk and never stopping walking just like he said he always had) and angry/vengeful (he was shot the moment he pulled the trigger and now must walk the afterlife alone).
