SitRep and Commission Update

So... I've been planning on upgrading my rig for some time now and I actually plan on doing it tomorrow
The thing is, since it will be a major upgrade it means I will have to do a fresh installation of windows. This will affect the programs I used to work with so... I might have to download most of them which will take quite a time with my snail like internet which means there might be a slow update of stuff for a few days till I get everything sorted out
As for Commission there've been a change towards the price
