Field Notes: Rattlesnakes!
Added 2019-07-23 19:00:02 +0000 UTCHow does one film rattlesnakes for an upcoming Deep Look episode? Very carefully! Our cinematographer and lead producer Josh Cassidy used a transparent tube to safely film this northern Pacific rattlesnake â and its rattle â up-close.
Eric Stitt (left) and Michael Starkey (right) from Save the Snakes helped wrangle the northern Pacific rattlesnake so Josh could get his shots with a high-speed video camera.
