I usually use this webpage: https://www.giantessworld.net/convertor.html "Exact" isn't really the right word to use though, to some extent the weight and heights I post are both estimations. Weight especially. For instance, I just guessed that Becky would weight 200 pounds at normal height, and the others would way 150. I erred on the side of overestimating their proportionate weight because canonically giantess women are a bit denser than normal women in this story Also I assumed that all 5'6" at normal height, the default height. And in this case, I had to estimate the heights from a board behind them, which isn't quite at the right angle, so it might make them as much as a foot taller or shorter than they're really supposed to be. I might have to make some corrections for the next chapter's size comparison!
