To answer your question at the end, there is 3 more episodes this season. Probably the reason Netflix has the episode count as 18 is because they combined 2 of the previous episodes together and called it "The Secret of the Fire Nation", and it looks like they are grouping the final 2 episodes together as well. With all the episodes separate, there is 20 episodes this season. The way you have the episodes numbered on Patreon is correct.
