Top 5 moments for me: 1. Mikasa's flashback, when she activates her powers 2. When Erwin leads the 57th Expedition outside the walls 3. When Eren takes his oath to wipe all Titans out 4. Commander Pixis asking Eren whether he will do it or not 5. Levi vs Female Titan Edit: And as an honorable mention, I love the scene where Jean convinces himself to join the Scouts so as not to disappoint Marco The weakest point of this season is the pacing for me. Not in general, but some parts of it, like when they are running from the Female Titan. Also, Eren screaming a bit too much. It's also the weakest of the four seasons in my opinion.

2024-10-16 10:18:28 +0000 UTCArmin was the one that came up with the plan for eren to transform and block the hole and to stay in a group to lure the titans, this plan worked and became 'humanities first victory'. Armin also told Erwin that the female titan was Annie that led to the plan in capturing Annie. He made big plans that have worked, not just in a small group of 5 people 😭.

2024-10-15 22:53:49 +0000 UTCGoing forward into season 2 and beyond, it would be great to see you guys acknowledge the community more in the videos themselves. Yeah I get that you probably discuss our comments and stuff etc outside of recording, but I think it would be beneficial, if you could discuss things in the videos aswell, that way we as the watchers understand that you have understood certain things we may have pointed out. For example, at the start of the video discussing anything that we as the community might have clarified on, like certain misunderstandings, or if it's something you guys asked us to explain etc, this way we're all on the same page. One example is post credit scenes. Ronnie, you may have told the squad about there being post credits, but we as the watcher might not be aware that you know, leading to many of us telling you unnecessarily.

This show becomes sooooooo much better in every single aspect that is ended up being my favourite show of all. when you guys finish this show youll look back on season 1 saying "wow that was nothing at all compared to now"

2024-10-15 16:56:29 +0000 UTCMy season 1 thoughts 1. overall issues are few but i found the pacing of both main arcs to be inconsistent, we start Trost with some epic episodes (eren dying, Mikasa backstory, Titan Eren and, cadets working together) and then we slow down completely for four episodes (two eps regarding the guy wanting to kill Eren, one ep to get to the boulder and one ep where eren is knocked out) I dont think there are any episodes in all of AOT that are bad but i think this is the weakest portion of the show. The female titan arc is really solid overall and done much better then trost but the 1 episode with the flashback (while I appreciate and understand its significance) came at an awkward time 2. top 5 characters 1. Armin, 2. Jean, 3. Levi, 4. Erwin, 5. Eren 3. top 5 moments: 1. Eren with the boulder, 2. Erens mum dying, 3. Erwin staring down the female titans arm flying at him while everyone else runs away (man is built different), 4. Annie reveal, 5. Erwin recruiting the cadets

You mixed your thoughts with the community on yt and Patreon while covering the topics people would want to hear regarding the show. And I related a LOT to what you guys are saying regarding how your perception on anime changed. AOT was my first anime as well, but because it was an anime I was like "it's probably going to have a bunch of objectified anime girls and be childish" because that was literally my perception of the entire genre before aot. 7 episodes in I was hooked and by the end of the Trost arc (Eren lifting the boulder), I realised anime was not what I thought it was, especially this show. And after the end of season 2 I firmly cemented this show as one of the best shows I've ever watched. So much so I binged all of season 3 in 1 day (don't recommend, too much information to digest). The best thing about you guys is that you were skeptical but then gave anime a chance which is what so many people refuse to do because their perception of anime is firmly cemented as a "degenerate" or "childish" genre so they reject it outright. Don't get me wrong, those types of anime exist but there are so many gems that easily outdo 95% of Hollywood shows and movies.
