2024-11-22 23:24:54 +0000 UTCTitan shifters never really loose their memories for good, just temporarily after eating someone else and turning back into human and then they slowly begin to come back as the haziness fades. Like with Grisha, when he entered the walls he only knew his name but then remembered other things like he was a doctor. Likewise with Armin, he couldn't remember the battle right after eating bertholdt.

Also, the brown jackets they wear never fit properly, they're made to be cropped, everyone looks like that.

It's sort of another parallel between Erwin and Armin - Erwin's father told Erwin and he immediately started talking to others about it. Armin likely only stayed safe because the only friend he had was another outcast: Eren, who also only had Armin as a friend until he rescued Mikasa.
