Note that Mikasa's character was unfortunately heavily destroyed under WIT studio. As amazing of a job WIT did with visually adapting the show through season 1-3, they butchered the narrative sides of things, one of them being Mikasa, removing her development and watering her down to this Eren obsessed killer. Likewise, the whole of the first half of season 3 (uprising arc) was again heavily changed and butchered compared to the manga. I remember there was quite a lot backlash from fans when that season first came out. This is why i implore people to read the manga after they have finished the anime as there is a lot of things missed out, like the way that season 3 part 1 plays out in the manga is very different to the anime.

2024-11-23 05:15:55 +0000 UTCI understand the Kenny pick and he isn't my top for the season either, I think Historia and Kenny are honorable mentions but Kenny's ideals or morals really relate to the whole show. Since he is introduced and killed in S3 this is the only place he could be put on a list so it makes sense for that reason.

It takes a lot of talent to make a character like that likeable with such little screen time in the grand scheme of things. If you think about it, Kenny only appeared in like 5-6 episodes, and quite frankly not for a lot of time within those episodes. Goated review.

2024-11-22 21:18:38 +0000 UTCFor me, this season was awesome. On the other hand, I didn't enjoy the first part of S4 (E1-8), but that's just my personal opinion. A lot of people loved it and I gotta say that, objectively, it's a really good start after this ending, but yeah, didn't work for me. I'm still very excited to see your reactions of S4 because it's a crazy season. For S3, my top 3 characters were 1) Hange/Erwin 2) Levi 3) Armin (I also kinda liked Marlo, was a good guy tbh)
