I've read the manhwa a few times already - and I love it. As weird as it may sound, Solo Leveling is my comfort manhwa. The journey is epic and it's so much fun. And manhwa is general differs from manga in many ways: first, it's Korean not Japanese, it's usually drawn in color and published in a form of a webtoon (where you scroll down instead od turning the pages) allowing for a different reading experience. So far, the anime version is great and I can't wait for season 2 in January. PS. The music for SL is composed by legendary Sawano (you may know him from AoT :D).

2024-12-04 14:27:54 +0000 UTCI didn't really want to go much into what aspects of the show I really like so I don't create any bias, but when I put them on the same level, it's each for completely different reasons, but both definitely excel in what they're good at, therefore for me it makes them almost equally as fun to watch :)

2024-12-03 19:25:27 +0000 UTCJJK on the same level of AOT is crazyy 😭 but hey each to their own I guess. The biggest difference that you're going to find between them is that JJK is a lot more action heavy and hype with less depth as a story overall, and the same applied to solo leveling tbf, whereas AOT prides itself on its narrative. I guess this is where determining something as "good" becomes quite subjective, as those who prefer action and fighting would probably see JJK as amazing, whereas those who prefer an intense story would see AOT as such. It's for this reason I didn't really like season 2 of JJK all too much (plz don't grill me 😭) because it was very action heavy with little story. Also yeah the other thing you've probably noticed as you guys mentioned aswell, is that JJK does feel a lot more like a "typical anime" when you think of an anime.
