Regarding the studio, Solo Leveling is made by A1-Pictures. I'm not massively familiar with their works, but I believe they made the Nier Automata anime. Studio Redice is just one of the studios they outsource work to. Generally that's the way that anime production works, is that a lot of work will be outsourced by the main production studio to other studios who may specialize in certain elements, for example MAPPA outsources their background design for AOT to studio Kusunagi, whom specialize in background art. And likewise with JJK, although i'm not too sure exactly who they outsource to for that. Also, fun fact, the soundtrack for Solo Leveling is also done by Hiroyuki Sawano, the same guy who makes the music for AOT, so be prepared for a masterclass score. Sawano is pretty much considered as the Hans Zimmer of anime, everything he works on is pure bliss. And regarding the names, the reason they are Korean is because Solo Leveling is based off a manhwa, which is the Korean equivalent of a manga.
