Hange, Mikasa and Armin etc are following Zeke's plan because they have no other choice after Eren attacked Marley. All chances of peace that they hoped for are now gone. Falco's character is amazing. Since the beginning when he helped the enemy in the mid east war to now. He really shows how compassionate and empathetic he can be. Gabi is too brainwashed to see clearly but Falco is seeing and understanding the pain through the "enemy's" eyes.

To beging with, I gotta say that Hange, despite being a great character, is not a good commander compared to Erwin. The reasons are simple : Hange is a free spirit. She's a scientist, she had the joy of living, she wanted to learn, discover and above all, be free. For Erwin, it was different. He was a soldier who had a purpose and experience as a leader. He knew how to lead and make crucial decisions. He wanted this, to change things. Hange never wanted to be a commander. We can definitely see the difference between Hange from S1 and Hange from S4, she has completely lost her smile. You can see how much this role burden her and how much she blames herself for not being able to make good decisions, according to her, like Erwin. Besides, Armin hasn't appeared much yet, give him some time. Anyway, excited for the next reactions!

She is literally struggling with the burden placed on her. Also his point about armin not doing anything is irrelevant considering armin only returned in ep 7 and we haven’t seen much of him at all to do anything yet.

Isayamas mind must have been a maze while he was writing because he didn't miss a single dang detail from the beginning to the end
