From the perspective you are explaining, eren would not be involved in sending these memories but only Ymir would. Itβs interesting. Thing is I still donβt see how erenβs dream in ep1 affected his decisions whatsoever.

2024-12-20 18:08:16 +0000 UTCiβm personally someone who has mixed feelings on the ending, but this special specifically is always gonna hold a special place for me. that opening with ramzi and eren is just so amazing, hanjiβs death, everything. i remember reading hanjiβs death when it came out and crying my eyes out!really hope you guys do some sort of QnA because this show just has so much to discuss even after the fact.

Instead he saw the scene that you guys saw in this ep (someone saying 'see you later, Eren'). Studio Wit changed the memory because they wanted to attract people's attention by showing something epic. However if you go to the manga, you'll see the scene that Mappa showed at the beginning of this episode. They showed it again because it's important (and to fix studio Wit's BIG mistake). Now to answer you other question, how did Eren see the future memory tho he didn't have Titan power. I don't think this is a spoiler so I'll say it. The first ep was called (To You, in 2000 Years). The episode where we saw Ymir's flashback is called (from you 2000 years ago). Once Eren hugged Ymir he saw her memories then said (so it was you who led me here. You've been waiting all this time for someone.) This means Ymir sent that scene (the one you saw this episode) to Eren which makes this scene even more important.

Once you've finished the series, I would suggest in your own time watching "This video will change how you see Eren" on youtube by "invaderzz". It's an hour and a half video essay of Eren's character, and beautifully sums him up so well.
