'Fighting' is a phrase in korean that people use to encourage others. Like 'Do your best' or 'Best of luck'. That gesture that the man in the suit did most probably means that he is saying 'Fighting!' to our main character. Usually people do that gesture along with the phrase 'Fighting'. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
