2024-12-31 01:54:55 +0000 UTCAskeladd's character is extremely fascinating! His a man of his own principles, but still highly respected Thor. I think in that moment when he asked Thor to be their leader, was a raw expression of his admiration for Thor (cause a man like Askeladd wouldn't just ask any man to lead him). But then he snapped out of it and lied that it was a joke, cause he knows the way they operate is kinda shady and weird. Even his crew were confused and shocked he said that.

The reason I am still willing to say that is because the story and author so far have earned enough trust for me to believe that they won’t fumble. Also as far as I know - the manga readers keep praising all of those

2024-12-30 15:07:34 +0000 UTCI can get behind Vinland standing next to AoT but it's a bit premature for the other 2 I feel. Tough to say a show that isn't complete yet being near a 4 season completed show, but they are of course very very good as you say.
