It’s regarding the third years’ jersey numbering: #1 Daichi - Cause he’s the first one to touch the ball as he receives it, #2 Suga - As he’s the 2nd to touch the ball to set a toss #3 Asahi - As the final and 3rd touch to win the point. Also, the way Asahi demanded for the toss so Suga can go out with a winning point (cause every match could potentially be the last for them third years🥹) lemme go cry in the corner

You also saw him talk to hinata and kageyama during the training camp when he was explaining how some of the second years left during old coach ukai’s spartan training days and then decided to come back again. Haikyuu is the type of show where even the bench warmers on opposing teams might be important so 😂 at least remember ennoshita for now!
