The best read blockers we know so far are Kuroo, Aone and Mutsukawa from Seijoh

You’ve gotta watch the OVA where Lev gets introduced — it’s so funny! 😂 Lev gives Kenma a tough time! It’s super sweet and hilarious at the same time!

Basically itachiyama is like all star team. Most of the players are star level. Like how shiratorizawa has a powerful ace to lead, Itachiyama got top ace, libreo and setter which led them to become the national champions.

itachiyama’s ace is one of my favs i got so excited just seeing that little sneak of them at the end LOL and i’m a huge fukurodani enjoyer too, bokuto and akaashi are a great duo and i love the teams dynamic!!

They did cut out some stuff that were in the manga, for example after the match there were some guys, who lost to Nohebi previously and shit talked Nohebi for "cheating" and Kuroo actually defends them. Telling them that they must not have payed close attention, since they haven't noticed their amazing receiving and serving and how they are really good at tooling the blocks, which is exactly what Nohebi wants. Kuroo is just the best. They also left out Toras(Mohawk guy) story line. Nohebi really went for him with the serves and attacks and snide comments, trying to break him down. People kept questioning his ace status since Lev stands out more etc. And even though he was scared, he thinks to himself, he doesn't have the time to be playing these taunting games with them. He stays calm and focused and keeps receiving one ball after another and then hits a beautiful line shot. A guy can only call himself the Ace if he can defend and attack (which we know Lev can't). It's kind of my fave storyline for this match, so I was a little upset it wasn't in there, but they only had so much time so it's fine…

2:20, even more meaningful coming from him, and actually the reason why I never disliked his character, is that he’s not just some arrogant bloke who thinks that the success of the team lies on his shoulders. He actually pays so much attention to his teammates to the point he can call out their habits to a T. He’s just a no-nonsense honest-to-goodness genuine person, and I love him for that. And speaking of dislike, there it is, Nohebi, never redeemed themselves, to me. Sadly, in some corner of the world, there are athletes like that. Watching them do that to Nekoma, a team who literally clawed their way up with dedication, effort, passion, and massive love for the game, was stifling. Not that there was any implication of Nohebi not putting the same effort and dedication, but resorting to those underhanded method and not feel much remorse is just disrespectful, not only towards the opponent, but also towards the sport.

Kai is also the vice captain of nekoma you guys

Fun fact! As we all know, Karasuno secured the slot for Miyagi prefecture as the representative for Nationals. Since Tokyo is a big prefecture normally they only have 2 representative but since they’ll be the one to host the Spring Tournament for this year they have 3 — ITACHIYAMA who won the first place and FUKURODANI (2nd) and NEKOMA (3rd, which normally don’t get to represent but they got that slot ✊🏻).
