for those that like playing kaisa mid, i dont think this does alot since you dont buy harvester on her and her AD ratios are same ( laning same strength )
Taliyah buffs are great, very very good vs yasuo type of champions, less good vs control mages like syndra. She would be s+ if she was good in those matchups.
i dont think these buffs to yone yasuo outweights the nerfs to galeforce that has been happening, i know these champs have other builds too, but being able to flex items is important.
shiv LB with ludens is for sure good, not sure if harvester is still better, stat wise harvester is nice for tihs playstyle, but i would say ludens is better than harvester now.
