From what I can remember I don't think they ever confirmed why Theo could remember Stiles. But I took it as since he was underground before he was taken and the lightning is only affected above ground that is how he didn't get his memory wiped.

2022-01-18 05:06:38 +0000 UTClmao when this ep first came out on tv i was so scared watching it. it felt paranormal to me when they were in the other town. and paranormal ghost things scare me very much. also i died when it ended on that cliffhanger and you got all mad bc thatโs literally how we all felt when watching it on air๐คฃ the next few episodes are so good and very sweet and emotional for some due to nostalgic memories and stuff. canโt waitttt . canโt believe youโre almost done with the show already ๐ญ
