All Booze in One Face
Added 2021-05-07 23:47:49 +0000 UTCHi friends, excuse me, first week of May was silent, I just wanted to make some special alt for my latest Hound artwork and only then upload it to Fa. Also, I was struggling with my first commission. It ended well, I already finished it but commissioner still need to think about uploading clean version of it public as the main idea was supposed to be private.
Anyway, exclusive alt versions for Hound artwork will be uploaded soon, for now I want to introduce my new work I decided to do inbetween my commission plan to celebrate one very special event. It's my hundreedth artwork! I'm so much glad to do it in time to my birthday in May 8th which is also a day of joining furry fandom for me. 100 artworks in one year, it's not bad but I wish it to be even better and more intense for the second year.
The sketch was done about 1 year ago along with other belly related cowboy wolf stuff but as always I get distracted by other ideas and life doings so that idea was abandoned for long. During last months I remembered it very often and really wanted to draw it at last and now the time has come!
I was inspired by various cartoon scenes with characters holding impossibly much objects for comedian effect, mainly that one scene with Fox and phones from Out-Foxed short. And so I decided to use the same trick thinking it can make thirst/hunger look more grotesque and intense, it really worked! I think the scene of Wolf turning so reckless and careless about drinking much more booze than his body can really contain came out really good with such detail.
