not David Prowse. Sebastian Shaw. David is just the guy who wears the Vader costume and makes him tall. Sebastian is the actual face of Vader and the guy we see at the end

ANDRES CASTANEDA

If you want to know where they get stuff to build the death star, you should watch Andor.

These were always Eps 4/5/6, from the beginning. That’s how George Lucas wrote them. The prequels and then the sequels trilogies were envisioned and planned, but Lucas basically got burnt out and didn’t want to do them. Eventually, as time went on and tech advances happened in the 80s/90s, he moved forward on the prequel trilogy. Many of us shared those same thoughts, about Hayden-Anakin being replaced at the end. They retconned it so that in theory it’s the “ best version” of the person in-tune with The Force, that’s who is in the afterlife.

And yes, they added in a number of things to the movie after the prequels’ release: Darth Vader yelling “Noooo!” as he went for the Emperor was never in the original, and you never saw most of the galactic celebrations on other planets (it was only the Ewok planet with fireworks in the sky, symbolizing the fireworks around the galaxy). And the original Darth Vader actor David Prowse was shown there, but they changed it to Hayden Christensen afterward.

Ohhhhh. Okay that makes sense.

Philip Manzano

When Vader picked up the Emperor, the Force lightning surged through Vader’s suit and his body. Vader essentially got fried by lightening, and the suit’s breathing/cooling also got zapped.
