So technically eren was right it is her power she was making titans all that time to follow the kings orders not because she was under control but because she was brainwashed into thinking that’s all she could do. Eren said it himself that “people who aren’t free are no more the slaves or cattle” and that he hated them the most cause they choose to not fight back which is Eren entire character he must really hate Ymir. Eren is the pinnacle of free will in this show his need to be free is exactly why he chose world extermination instead of a show of force he has no trust the world will leave the people of Paradise alone even after the war. Of course eveyone is against him the Marleyans his friends he made everyone his enemy because he want to be free and the rumbling is one way to express his freedom lol. Personally this made me dislike Eren a lot he’s complex and always made decisions like this before but on a smaller scale for him to choose this as a way to protect his friends and his people without asking them first is why I don’t like his plan some people agree that what he did was right but idk lol.
