Tomorrow is patch day!
Added 2025-09-17 13:15:16 +0000 UTCA major patch being released tomorrow, and we don’t know yet how much impact it will have.
Depending on how many mods are going to break, it can take a little until all Mods are updated or confirmed compatible.
I recommend to prepare yourself for the patch: You should either remove all mods and play a mod free savegame, or you should disable auto patching for your game (EA App > Settings > Downloads > and switch off automatic game updates) until all your must have mods are updated/confirmed to be ok.

On my PC, the EA app will refuse to start the game without the update -- unless you shut down your internet connection; then it's fine. If anyone runs into this issue, try that. Once the game is running, you can bring the connection back up.
