Honestly, I'd say his luck is on par with Masayuki's, except Gobta doesn't have any special skill to support it. Every time she asks something and Rimuru tries to resist in some way, he just tells him to give in to her demands. He's totally a simp for her. It wasn't just in this episode, happened a few back as well.
