実はワタクシ前々から年賀状企画をやってみたかったので、このFANBOX限定でやってみようと思います！
下記フォームでお申し込みいただくと、ご自宅に私からの年賀ハガキが届きます。
欲しいよっていう方はサンプルや注意書きをお読みの上、下記の申し込みフォームにて申し込みをお願いします。
届くのはこういう感じのイラストが入った年賀状です↓
こちらはラフイメージです。まだ清書してませんが、大体こんな感じのデザインになります。
【注意事項】
・お申し込みは12月25日まで
・おひとり様1枚まで
・個人情報は今回の企画の用途以外では使用しません。企画終了後直ちに破棄します。
・私の自宅住所は記載しません。代わりに編集部の住所（白泉社、集英社）を記載しております
・入力内容に不備があった場合、お届けできない場合があります。その際再送付はできかねますので、あらかじめ入力内容のご確認をお願いします。

I thought about planning a New Year's card as a thank you for your support.
If you apply using the form below, you will receive a New Year's postcard at your home.
If you are interested, please read the samples and notes and apply using the application form below.

・ Personal information will not be used for purposes other than this project. Discard immediately after finishing.
・ If there is something wrong with the input, we may not be able to deliver it. In that case, it cannot be re-sent. Please check the input details in advance.
