Hisoka being naked was anime only. In the manga he's wearing clothes similar to Killua. I guess to emphasis that they are the same nen type(?). Rare time an anime is more graphic than the source material X'D. Hisoka is basically a serial killer who gets off on murdering people at the top of their game. So in real life with no nen people like Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps, Lionel Messi, etc would be his potential victims.
