This whole fight was pretty sad honestly. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a legit boxing match or just a fight, but from how the people around them handled it, I'm going to assume the former. Gio's wrong from the jump for trying to take Cid down. What I can tell from watching is that Gio is scared to get hit. He kept swinging from too far away(so far that he couldn't reach his damn self), and whenever Cid was in range Gio tried to go for the takedown so he wouldn't have to deal with the punch, or he'd panic and try to run back out of range(that's why he kept falling). Gio's too scared to box. Cid on the other hand looks like he's taking it easy on him the whole time. He's not putting real power in his punches, he never takes initiative, and his hands are down, so far from his face that in a real boxing match he'd be knocked out(though this might be because he knows Gio wants to wrestle). The counter-point is that Cid is throwing up from doing basically nothing, so I'm genuinely confused as to whether or not he actually had things under control. He might be throwing up because of the slam from the start(if you're not used to being slammed it can have that effect on you), but it's kinda hard to tell.

I feel like if you’re fighting someone in the street getting them to the ground shouldn’t be broken up that’s apart of fighting. If they both agreed to a boxing match that’s different but dude came out swinging so that might not be the case 😂
