Going through random trigger items is such a great video idea! Wouldnโt mind more of that. And also more Mr. Boglim content please!! ๐ซถ๐ผ haha. Also your red spot on your face looks like itโs slowly getting better at least. Have you tried treating it with anything? Maybe some retinol?

I always like to have some mint tea to settle/soothe my stomach. Yup, go see a derm. Maybe some sort of atopic dermatitis? Best to leave it to the professionals.
