2023-03-01 17:06:49 +0000 UTCI like the Astraea Foundation, instead of developing their own charitable initiatives they use donations to fund grassroots lgbt+ programs, anyone with an idea can apply for funding. Itโs great because it allows members of individual communities to address issues they are seeing in a locally sensitive way. They also focus a lot of their funding towards programs run by Queer Women of Color.
