2025-01-20 01:18:43 +0000 UTCIām watching Chainsaw Man for the first time along with you guys! Chainsaw Man kinda makes me feel like Iām on a safari watching alien animals. Iām asexual (I feel no sexual attraction towards people, at all) so I really donāt understand Denjiās motivation, lol, but heās interesting to observe from a distance. The ending of this episode had me stressing about how to skip over it and not miss important plot. I donāt trust Makima honestly, sheās tooā¦ perfect, almost? Sheās the perfect little master holding the leashes of many different hounds and knowing how to play them like a fiddle too. Sheās firm with Power, giving Denji just enough to make him want more and make him comply, saying she trusts Aki in order to get him to agree. It feels off to me for some reason. Maybe I watch too many crime shows lol and sheāll prove herself later. She just always seems perfectly in control and level. Iām not sure weāve seen genuine emotion from her yet. Denjiās question before about her being a bad person and Akiās answer worried me a little. If theyāre all (metaphorical) hounds, he strikes me as a supremely loyal one, given his motivation is his family. Once she earns his trust, heās hers, he wouldnāt hear any criticism of her. However, he did try to warn Denji away, so perhaps his loyalty isnāt too blind. Denji reminds me of Yuji in that it feels like the world is going to do its absolute best to break that smile of his. Pochita, my love, you won my heart in episode one and now youāre gone and I miss you with every episode. I want to drag him out of there and get him a safe place to grow as a person and not live in fear for his life, in constant survival mode. He has to fight now, no matter what. Fight or die. Has he gone to school ever? Has he been homeless for most of his childhood? Heās been fighting to stay afloat his whole life and now heās trapped (happily) in a situation where he cannot leave. Itās technically better than the position he was in before, but it still rubs me the wrong way. I feel like Iām showing my age with these shonen anime nowadays, I just want to hug these poor kids lol. Iām excited to watch your Demon Slayer reactions, and I absolutely cannot wait for you guys to get to season two. Youāre gonna want to binge it, itās so amazing. I wrote a college English paper on season two of Demon Slayer, itās my absolute favorite season! Just realized how long this is lol, I canāt wait for more reactions! Ps- have you guys seen that Solo Leveling season two is out? Itās fantastic so far!

Also I have two American shorthairs and Kiori doesn't shed and Xaii (2nd cat) shed's very minimally. I would also think twice about saving Xaii, he's a menace lol j.k.
